Cross & Crown Award
The Cross and Crown Award is presented by the Grand Commandery of Texas to constituent Commanderies who are outstanding in their communities. The award is based upon exemplary participation in fifty different requirements, which are divided into four categories of personal, external, civic and community, and public relations involvement. Recipients of this award have demonstrated themselves to be pacesetters, leading Commanderies in the state who are setting examples for others to follow. The award originated in 1994.
