Richmond Council No. 383, Royal & Select Masters, was set to work and chartered on Tuesday, December 6, 1949.  We are a member of Cryptic District No. 9 of the Most Illustrious Grand Council of Royal & Select Masters of Texas, and we are located in Richmond, TX.  Our Chapter is home to approximately 60 Companions.
